from the beginning of the job she was sexually harassing not only me but my workers. we shrugged the advances off and continued the work we were hired to do. we were within three days of completion on the project when she had a tree down on her fence and asked if I could get the tree off of her fence so we drove the tractor across her yard and attempted to remove the tree. leaving ruts. any way no trash was left on her property, only materials that was to be used on her home. she had three different relationships the short time I was at her home, they all went wrong and she continued to sexually harass us until I had enough and told her that we were no longer going to tolerate her behavior, she then informed me that we were not going to do the bathroom remodel and that I owed her money. I have this in text message as well. I informed her of the balance owed for any and all overages and extras she wanted done, included but not limited to dog doors etc. extra outlets, as well as moving furniture and so forth for her. I was then being verbally assaulted because I was packing my tools up to leave. I told her we would not be returning to her home and that she had broken the contract. she then called her "special friend" who called himself [redacted] and said he owned a construction company in Edmond when I spoke with him about the issue and he told me he could complete the unfinished work for $1500.00 and I told him she was due me $4700.00 upon completion of the work, so I told him he could finish the job and collect what was owed to me.

[redacted]Document Attached[redacted]
In response to Mr. [redacted]'s "story", If baking cookies, ensuring the workman had plenty of water and letting their kids swim in my pool is considered sexual harassment...I was nothing but nice and considerate to all the work crew and in no way guilty of any...

misconduct. The tree fell on my fence during a storm on Thanksgiving week, I found out about the damage from my neighbor, I was in Maryland during that week.He text me about the damage and I told him I knew and nothing else was said about the matter. I found the ruts in the yard after returning from my trip.As far as my so called relationships? I don't know where he got that information.I told him not to bother with the bathroom, to just finish everything else and he could give me back the money for the walk in shower that was supposed to be installed..The only "extras" was one doggy door and two 34" x 35" windows on the back patio.Which I would of paid extra for if it went over the contract price.I did ask the crew if they mind helping move my couch from the living to the garage and they said "no problem".The job price from the contract that Mr. [redacted] wrote up and both of us signed(enclosed)was $42,800, he received all but $300, so for him not pouring any concrete for the patio or starting the bathroom, and not finishing the addition and porch enclosure; he said I owe him $4700, I am enclosing all the signed checks I gave him. There was never any conversation about him leaving the job, only about him getting everything done. The day he came and packed up his tools and left, he told my mother that they were finishing the facia and soffet. I was at work, I work MON-FRI 0645-1600, and he knew that. My mom said she let them in the garage because I let them store their tools there and she said the next time she went to talk to them all the tools and supplies were gone, they never said anything to her. I text him when I got home and asked him what was going on. He said I owed him $4000 for the 2 windows and doggy door, which in no way possible comes to that amount. He said everything to complete the job, which was not true, the only thing left was pieces of soffet, facia, and a section of plywood.I did call my friend ([redacted]) because I was devastated and didn't know what to do. He did talk to Mr.[redacted] once, [redacted] told him he has a construction back round. He told [redacted] he wanted to make things right, that's the last we heard from him and he would not answer any phone calls or text. Enclosed are the contract, a list of items that need completed and an estimate to complete the project and fixed the things he did not do correctly. I will submit pictures also at later date.
