IF HER SHOP IS CHARGING HER FOR THINGS SHE SHOULD NOT PAY FOR THEN THIS IS HER PROBLEM,,,FUNNY HOW WE DIDNT KNOW THE WORK WAS DONE UNTILL AFTER SHE PAID...THIS IS A CLASSIC CASE OF HER SHOP UP SELLING HER..PLEASE REMOVE THIS COMPLAINT..ALSO I HAVE ALL FEDERAL DOCUMENTS THAT SHE SIGNED..BUYERS GUIDE..FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION STICKER..AND HER LENDING CONTRACT..SO WE WILL NOT BE GOING DOWN THAT GOOD OLD PRICE IS WRONG ISSUE....WHEN SHE SIGNED ALL FEDERAL DOCUMENTS AND THEY WILL BE AVALIABLE UPON REQUEST TO THE Revdex.comTHE CUSTOMER ALREADY HAS HER COPIES WITH HER(SIGNATURE ON THEM) AND WE SUGGEST THAT SHE RE-READS THEM BEFORE MAKING CLAIMS

In response to Mr***'s complaint I have attached all of the legal documents stating the coverage Wolford Automotive
had on this vehiclePer our Missouri State Dealer License we do not have a mechanic working for Wolford AutomotiveThe item that the customer is complaining about is not covered under their extended warranty or our warrantyIf the customer has something in writing I would suggest that it is attached to their complaint as we have ALL of our Federal documents starting warranty coverage that he signed! At this point we will not be participating in this situation any furtherPlease remove this from our records once you have confirmed they do not have anything in writing stating we owe them a repair as we have attached ALL of our Federal documents to this responseWe have other documents to provide but this response will only allow document

This vehicle was sold to *** *** on 4-2-At the time of purchase the ***'s were offered an extended warranty to cover any future repairs and they declinedAt that time *** signed a Federal Buyers Guide stating that she knew the warranty
coverage's that came with the SUV and accepted them with her signatureWe have copies of all legal documents that *** signed at time of purchase to be provided to you at your requestWhen we purchased the vehicle from the auction we have confirmation that the engine light was working as it is part of a post sale inspection that we pay for to protect our customers and our selves from such issues they are claimingWe will not be offering to fix the above listed vehicle as the customer purchased this vehicle with a one month or mile warranty that covered the engine and transmission and is expiredPlease review this claim and remove this from our Revdex.com record as this is an unwarranted claim
