I canceled the appointment on Friday at 4:25 pm, I spoke with a representative who had difficulty spelling my name, I had to spell my name multiple times. She assured me the cancellation and refund request were put through. Please see the attached screen shot of my cell phone call log reflecting I called them on Friday the 9th. For two minutes I was on the phone with your representative. No service was completed, no estimate was given and no diagnosis was made. I didn't know that I should have told them there was ice. I didn't know the ice would prevent them from servicing the unit. The representative didn't ask. They advertised a free estimate but didn't honor the ad.
