I'm following up with new informationPer my complaint, WPS Construction filed, an unwarranted construction lien against us on 8/11/for the amount of $10,This past weekend, Wolf, the owner of WPS Construction sent us a letter via certified mail dated 9/that we received on
9/16/threatening to foreclose on the lien if he was not paid in full within daysHowever, in the letter, he has changed the amount he is saying we owe from $10,to $12,Per our complaint, this points to another example of his dishonesty, ambiguity in pricing, and unwillingness to cooperate in discussing accurate costs He has yet again inflated his prices, trying to over charge us for shoddy work that was never completedPlease find the attachments, one is the claim of lien he sent us and the other is his intimidation letter
