I was having them put on winter tires on my car and check the tie rods They did an acceptable job on what I asked, but, the manager suggested I have them do a complete brake job on the front of my car because the vibration was very bad when the brakes were applied lightly His quote "it almost tore the wheel out of my hands" I have never noticed that when I drove it and did a couple of stops at kmh while I was holding the wheel and also when I took my hands off the wheel completely It stopped true and steady both times [redacted]
