We never hesitate to cancel service if a customer so wishes; and we time stamp every customer who calls or let's their Tech know that they...

want to cancel service. They have never contacted us about canceling. And after several statements going out for several months to the point that this account is in collections. We have not heard from this customer until a few weeks ago. There last service date was in January and statements have been going out every month. We don't bring roaches into people's homes and we can only do so much as far as the service goes.
