Once again we apologize that you were not 100% happy with your relocation Although your relocation estimate was performed via the telephone and the final charges were to be based on the actual time it took to complete your relocation I will waive the balance of your move Furthermore, I have released the two employees who performed so poorly for you over this matter We do appreciate your business and hope that you will consider using us again in the future

We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your move In reviewing the paperwork I do see that the crew did not indicate that they took a lunch break between origin and destination but we would be happy to deduct the 1/hour time from your bill for the time it took the crew to get
from origin to destination Your original estimate was for our minimum charge of hours of labor + a hour trip charge (estimate total $279.00) however the paperwork stated that actual time will apply after the two hour minimum is completed Removing the 1/hours from your bill would reduce your balance due by $ Once again we apologize for not satisfying you 100% and hope that this reduction is acceptable to you

Once again we apologize that you were not 100% happy with your relocation.  Although your relocation estimate was performed via the telephone and the final charges were to be based on the actual time it took to complete your relocation I will waive the balance of your move.  Furthermore, I have released the two employees who performed so poorly for you over this matter.  We do appreciate your business and hope that you will consider using us again in the future.

We are sorry that Mrs [redacted] has not been 100 % satisfied with her move at this point.  Attached is Mrs [redacted]'s signed paperwork for this relocation.  Per her signed agreement with our company she wanted us to move 61 items consisting of furniture and boxes from Zionsville, IN to...

Florida.  The estimated weight of these items was 2,664 lbs and that weight was main basis for the estimated price.  During the course of the load day at Mrs. [redacted]'s home in Zionsville she had the movers take additional items.  The total amount of items loaded was 164 (see attached inventories) and the total weight of these items is 5,120 lbs.  In addition to the added items she also had many items that were not packed for safe transit that the crew had to pack on her behalf.  The signed contract clearly states that "This guaranteed price applies only for the services outlined below and only for the items to be moved as shown on the accompanying estimate inventory summary" see attached signed estimate.  Changing the amount of items to be moved also changed the price.  If Mrs [redacted] would like for us to only ship the items listed on her signed paperwork we would be happy to honor her original price.  It is our policy that shipments are paid in full prior to delivery.  Mrs [redacted] told her sales person that she would not pay our company for the services we provided to her and Joe reminded her of that policy.  We certainly do not want to "keep her belongings and never deliver them to her"  we are only trying to get paid for the services performed as requested by Mrs [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Thank you for waiving my remaining balance. My understanding is that I no longer owe any money to your company. If this understanding is incorrect, please let me know.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The employee from Morse Moving declared the amount due for the move was $279 on the day of the move. The workers did not only take a break for 1.5 hours. As I stated previously, the mover only charged for 3 hours because he and his coworker were: 1. late for the move 2. not prepared for the move 3. took multiple breaks during the time I was paying them to move. Because they were not prepared, this added additional time to my move. This was NOT my wrong doing and I should NOT be paying for the lack of preparedness caused by management. The employee made a judgement call at the time of the bill and that is what should stand. The employee agreed that it was unjust for me to pay for any more than what I was quoted because of the reasons stated above. It is unclear how there is any further justification as to why I owe more money when a representative from this company agreed that I should only owe for 3 hours worth of work. Regards,
[redacted]
