This company stated I'd receive a sample of CBD oil for $4.95. Hidden in their online order process was a subscription.
This company stated I'd receive a sample of CBD oil for $4.95. Hidden in their online order process was a subscription. I received an email confirmation for my $4.95 order. I never received an acknowledgement that this was a trial offer and that I would be charged for 2 subscription fees of $92.67 and $94.67 a month if I didn't cancel within 14 days. By the time it showed up on my credit card, it was apparently "too late". So now I have a sample bottle of CBD oil that cost me $192.29. I contacted the company but did not hear back from them. Please get my money back for me.
I would like a refund of $187.34 for subscription services that 1) I did not agree to and 2) did not receive any additional products.
Billing scam
I was browsing a website and needed to provide my profile info to get a free offer. I provided my credit card info to get a trial offer of cbd oil product. However I thought better of it and cancelled.
Womack still billed me for that product. Then today I found out they were trying to bill me almost $100 on a monthly recurring basis for some body building formula. I never asked for it, looked at that site or product. I'm a 73 year old senior woman!
I was notified by my bank, so they were not able to charge my account. I called *** and asked that they cancel my "account" and never try to contact or charge me again.

As is stated on our website, we offer a 14 day trial of our product CBD Dropper. The customer need only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling for a full month's supply that they may evaluate within the 14 day period.
If we do not receive notification from the customer within their 14 day period that they wish to cancel, they will be billed at a price of $94.67, $92.67 and enrolled in our monthly auto shipment program. The terms and conditions are posted in accessible and clear view of our customers before placing their order.
However, we do not want our customers unhappy or dissatisfied in anyway.
We are happy to inform you that we have processed full refunds on all charges in ***'s account with us and cancelled any future shipments or billings.
The refunded amounts are: $4.95 and $1.00. The funds will be credited back to the payment method at time of purchase. The refunds will reflect back into the associated account within 3-5 business days or longer depending on the speed of the processing bank. Please note, the credits stated above may reflect in individual amounts on ***'s bank statement.

I accept their response for this claim. However, note that they admit to shiipping product that was unsolicited, and charging exorbitant amounts for it.
This company should not be doing business!
They advertise a CBD oil for a trial offer of $4.95 and then bill you $94.64 the next month. We did not agree to more oil or that price. Besides we did not receive any other bottles of oil or agree to any other orders. The credit card company has blocked out this company from billing us and has stopped payment to this company. It is a scam.
