believes, she is not being singled out with a $75 charge for a no show appointment. Although she was receiving complimentary treatments, Ms. [redacted] is still obligated to follow the same office policies as my other laser tattoo removal patients. Her signed consent form acknowledges that she understood this agreement when she signed it; otherwise, she should not have signed the form. Additionally, the signed form indicates there are no refunds once the treatments are initiated.
