At this time, I have been contacted directly by Women of Distinction Magazine regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Dear Revdex.com: I sent an email on April **, in a final attempt to get a refund my $(half of my
fixed monthly income), to *** *** and others. I informed them that I would try to find an attorney to help me, if they had not returned my money my the end of April. All emails bounced back except the one to ***. She stated, "* ** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***" She states she is no longer there, but I note she still uses the same email since we connected!Upon *** Women of Distinction (WOD) a division of National Association of Distinguished Professionals (NADP), as shown on my receipt, and which I wish to GOD ALMIGHTY I had done before paying them my money, I found a list of women who had also been ripped off in amounts ranging from $2,to $500. The one claiming $said her money was refunded after she filed an official complaint. Also, one alluded to the fact that after people are taken, their "no longer affiliated" email is part of their tactic!Revdex.com, I surely pray that you will be able to persuade Women of Distinction/National Association of Distinguished Professionals to return my money. Things are really hard now, and I need my money, and ITRULY thought I was working with a GODLY entity that was going to fulfill their promises to me. How they can go on doing this to people is so not right, and I pray that you will be able to shut them down, and to also make them repay those other poor souls that they have ripped off according to the scam site when I googled Women of Distinction Magazine. May the Good Lord help you to help us. Thanks.

The detailed paid statement does not state days. Now the work has been completed and the individual has access the the written article. Our detailed statement states all sales are finalIf the article was not produce we would issue a refund, it is now completed and ready for distributionWe are willing to work with *** *** and have the article go into the next edition that will be released on May ***

No one has claimed that the article was written I do not see where this is going You disputed this with your credit card company and it was denied, there is a full recording of the conversationWe have tried numerous amounts of time to fulfill the agreement, and we are still looking to do so

I have called numerous timesThe first person, Simone G***, kept transferring me to Finance claiming that she had nothing to do with any of this. Sometimes Finance answered and sometimes they did not. When they did, they assured me that I would receive an e-mail within hours ensuring my refund with a copy of my refund check. I never received any e-mail nor any check. When Finance did not pick up, I always left a voicemail message which was never returned.I again spoke to Simone G*** after lodging my complaint with Revdex.com. I informed her that I did put in a complaint with Revdex.com and that I posted on social media (my *** page) what they had done and that I still had not received my refundMsG*** verified all my contact information that she has in her system, saying that according to her system, there was a check cut for me on May **, and that my case was closed. I informed her that I never received any check, nor any e-mail notifying me of the refundI also asked her why they NEVER call me back. She claims she picks up the phone all the time when I call. I explained to her that I meant why didn't she pick up the phone to call me or notify me of what was going on. I imagine that is why they think I was unprofessional.In the meantime, this situation is not resolved because I have not received my refund

I sent a reply. I am not sure where to go to reject their response, but I thought I already completed that.  I again.. state, they are liars. They have no intention of posting an article. I don't want it posted.  May I please, please just receive my money back.  They only sent me a response once I stated I wanted a refund.

We have answered the phone you spoke with someone today to whom you were very unprofessional.  The check was released the day you called for the refund. Now we need to investigate what has happened to the check issued.  We tried to explain that but didn't have the opportunity. Once we find...

the check was not cashed we will cancel it and issue a new one. You have now spoke to 4 of our representatives with no hassle or challenges.

You were provided your Pod Cast Recording and interview and it was completed in January. The Article was drafted and not to your liking we then reassigned a writer to it and you were e-mailed immediately, upon non satisfaction with that piece our writing staff reached out to speak with you via the...

phone, and the final copy was sent to you on May [redacted], we have not received your approval of the article and will not publish at will.  You were planned to be on the cover of the July publication we are on track.The airline vouchers are a free gift and courtesy you did not in any way pay for them, we cannot control the restrictions.You have had access to all the Star 12 conferences and seminars benefits since December, you need to decide if and when you want to attend the meetings that's not up to us.  There have been services rendered.We would be happy to provide you with a partial refund if your not looking to be on the front cover of the July edition. Please call or notify us when we can call you.Thank you

I did receive a check which was cashed and cleared.  I thank you for your intervention, without which, I do not believe the check would have been sent.  I am satisfied that the issue is now resolved. Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter.

Women of Distinction Received a call from the individuals Credit Card in regard to a dispute that was created.  We follow the protocol they asked for and provided the details. We have e-mailed the individual several times to obtain the information for the article that was sent in October and...

again in November.  We can not publish an article with out consent of the individual.  We are more than happy to feature the article, we would need to receive the information and can be contacted anytime at  ###-###-####.
