I am rejecting this response because:my account still has not been settled in a timely fashion and I was told there wasn't a definite timeline I could expect it to be resolved. When I'd complained about the different information or lack of promised return phone calls to clarify my refund status I was told it was because the business outsourced their billing to Chicago and Abu Dhabi. I'm still waiting for my refund or explanation when I should expect it.
