This consumer was refunded on 9/10/Our records indicate that [redacted] delivered on 8/20/with a tracking number Customer contacted us and we followed up with *** Customer contacted us again and stated she never heard from [redacted] and a refund was completed

The customer contacted us 9/and we explained that our fulfillment schedule had changed to a 10-business day schedule and her order was in cue to be filledOffered to adjust her next subscription time for hershe stated she wasn't aware she was enrolled in monthly subscription
While on the phone we walked her through how to cancel her subscriptionIt is documented that the customer cancelled her subscription rather than customer service repWe return all emails and phone callsThe consumer's order has been filled and the single communication we received was responded to in a timely manner

I reject their comments because in the art of their deceiving response was the one and only phone call that was Answered on the date of 9/18/15.At that time I was inquiring about my order that hadn't shipped and was told that it was back ordered and was to ship that same day or on Monday the 21stI was offered to cancel my order but at that point it was going to ship soon and I wanted the vitaminsI also was automatically set up for monthly shipments that I did not want.They make it confusing to cancel but I was talked through how to do it. My report to the Revdex.com involved dates one week later when my vitamins did not ship and I got No response to emails that week I sent and one day of repeat phone calls where no human answered and when the recorded voice mail prompted me to leave a message I could Not the voice mail was fullProbably from other angry customers wondering where their order wasI filed the complaint for lack of response and they already had my money.This business took my money on a product that was back ordered.It had never shipped and I was chargedMost businesses charge when an item ships, its only good standard business practice.In summary that was the reason I filed in the first place.No response from a business that took my money for a product they did not have and left me feeling helpless when I could not get in touch with them over days of unanswered phone calls and emails.Please note my original complaint has the dates of my first troubles and it was not the date that was being referred to in their response 9/18/
