In responding to [redacted] issues, to my knowledge, they have all been addressed There must have been a miscommunication on when the appliances would be installed We told her it is against our guidelines to install appliances when the home is not occupied as things such as refrigerator line can blow and cause another claim or further damage We were waiting for her to tell us when she was moving in and she hadn't done that There are many times where this customer has gone missing for large periods of time She had contacted us before this complaint and all items are installed with exception to shelves which she just added last week and part of a washer that she purchased

refrigerator line can blow and cause another claim or further damage. We were waiting for her to tell us when she was moving in and she hadn't done that. There are many times where this customer has gone missing for large periods of time. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This business did not resolve the issue nor did it offer to help me resolve the issue. I am not slandering I'm just not pleased the way business was conductedMy insurance company has resolved the issue and not the business. Based on the aforementioned you can close this case but not because of me being acceptable or pleased on the behalf of the business. This is now a moot issue as I can said I'm pleased with the resolution given by my insurance company after jumping thru hoops
Sincerely,

We were called out to this home to complete a tarp of roof that was leaking water from insurance adjuster. AS we are times per year. We used roofing nails with caps to secure the tarp to the roof as we do times per year. This is the first complaint we have ever had in
regards to tarping a roof with nails or screws because it damaged the roof? There is not a way to fasten a tarp to a roof that will standup to wind etc without mechanical fastening. Our job when we get than call is to prevent further water from entering the home and causing more damage which we did. I personally spoke with this customer to address her concerns after the fact and advised we would speak to adjuster who would pay for repairing the shingles if it was a covered loss. We don't provide coverage, we respond. Customer advised that the adjuster was taking care of it. We DID NOT run away from this situation. She ran away from us. She needs to understand what she is talking about before she slanders us
