I have checked our system for the last name [redacted] and find noneI then searched for [redacted] but found none from a BeverlyPlease obtain more information, the correct name or the property As a general rule of thumb we are able to process applications within to business daysMissing information from applicants and or lack of response from employers or landlords during our verification process will delay the timingCredit is only a small portion of the processThere are many other factors that come into play especially past landlord referencesThe landlords that hire us to locate and check out applicants for the properties we manage are expecting us to use all of our resources to verify and validate every detail of an applicationWe have been in business since following all of HUD fair housing guidelines Gary DeMattei

This makes no sense This slum lord is getting away with very mopre than meets the eyeSend someone with the orginal deed to the house to see all the illegal work on the propertySLPM AKA San Leandro Property Management a Fictious bussiness name, operateing outside of San leandro and through out Alameda County

The applications are under the name of* *** and*** ***, $*** dollars each for a total of $***. It took them over weeks to tell us they will send the applicants a letter with their decision. They never called any of the references for my son and daughterI checked with each reference contact NO call or message left(Cathy Carter and Elaine Juarez) They also stated they had not heard back from the current apartments were each resided and previously resided. I called the managers at the current and previous apartments. One even stated he had confirmed the information(*** **) I was told from SLPM he had not, he was kind enough to call Sonya directly, and was upset that SLPM stated he had not respondedI paid the fee of $*** with my credit card. I will take this further if this is not resolved. It's mother's day weekend! When it comes to my children I won't have them treated unfairly. This company is collecting $*** to tell people NO after weeks, which makes it impossible to give notice and transition to move! I won't allow you to take money from me that was for inadequate service! (7-business days is the standard to complete a background and credit check) We are also requesting that a copies of the credit checks be sent to both*** and *** ***'s home address listed on their applications
