We as a practice feel that *** will never be satisfied with our responseI t is unfortunate that she has not treated our staff with the respect she feels is due to herWe have sent her records to her as she requested, at no charge

This doctors office is a nightmareIt has taken them this long and this much drama to make things rightTheir staff, as you can see is very argumentative, passive aggressive and unprofessionalI surely hope their response becomes public to show how poor their customer service is and especially ***'s "***" and argumentative responsesFor them to have comments about my mother and side comments worries me that HIPPA and other privacy policies are not being followedThrough this entire process I have not recieved an apologyThis office is the definition of poor customer service and truly don't know how their doors are still open

To Whom It May Concern: We have received your notification that one of our patients, *** ***, has filed a complaint with the local Revdex.comThis letter is in response to her allegations. *** first stated that she has had different issues at our office in the
last year and a half; however, we have not seen her in the office since December 2, She then said that her appointment on the 22nd of December was scheduled at PMShe was scheduled in the last time slot of the morning at 11:AM, as we do not schedule patients at since that is when the lunch hour beginsThere is no record of anyone in our office telling her the appointment was scheduled at We did not hear from *** until 11:AM, when she was already minutes lateWe checked with the provider to see if she could be worked in at a different time, but unfortunately we were fully bookedShe then insisted that she must be seen and that it would only take minutes to take care of herShe was quite upset that we were unable to accommodate her and hung up. It is our policy, along with many other practices, that patients who are over minutes late may be rescheduledWhile we tried to accommodate *** and get her rescheduled, she grew increasingly hostileShe finally told us that she would never come back and hung up on us a second time. Her chart was in the basement and after looking at it we noted that we have had issues with this patient's Mother in the past, We are attaching an ultrasound report from that the patient referred to in her complaint explaining the real issue and her Mother's reactionWe consider this complaint neither warranted nor justified
