terrible customer service
Ttheir Germantown location provides a phone number on their website that is a fax number
you can only leave a message on their Bethesda phone number,
even though they have full time receptionists at both locations
They only have one person that can schedule surgical procedures and she also is a practicing nurse who alternates being at each facility daily
