Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Women's Radio Network regarding complaint ID [redacted].
I have not received any direct message from WRNW regarding this complaint. We did complain to [redacted]s who...

contacted them and said they somehow convinced [redacted] that all the claims were legitimate. I would think that common sense would cause anyone to wonder why someone would agree to multiple charges for the same service one day after another or twice on the same day. On at least one occasion [redacted] got a phone call from the station one day after emailimg them a signed invoice claiming  they had not received it and would she please sign a second one and send it. She complied. I wonder why you contacted WRNW  when my complaint was about [redacted] although I realize they are associated.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I signed up for a free 10-minute radio interview. After the free spot I was told by a WRN representative that they had received calls from many people interested in doing business with my company and that they had been monitoring web traffic to my internet site and that there was a huge bump up. They did a hard sell on 2 additional spots with a celebrity interviewer and I agreed, believing that I would be able to cancel after having time to verify their claims. There was not one single visit to my website on the day of the interview, and no evidence of any calls to our business line or the radio network regarding my company on the day of the free interview. I sent both an email and fax cancellation notice and have yet to receive a refund of the $1500 fee.I believe that this company is using deceptive business practices. Their claims made after the free interview were false and the scheduled celebrity interviews were cancelled in advance through 2 separate written communications, and were never done. There is no basis for them to keep this fee.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of the $1500 charged to my credit card.

Review: -September **, 2014 [redacted]/ WRNW1 contacted my office concerning 2/Radio Shows for marketing & promotion that would help to build our business through global networking order # [redacted], $1,250.00 paid in full for 2-30-minutes radio shows. After many e-mails and phone calls to WRNW1 we finally resolved the scheduling issues for the shows. November **, 2014 WRNW1 offered an additional package of $4,500.00 including (3-30 minute shows, major press release, 60-second commercial 6-months, photo on celebrity row & cd-rom). I made a payment of $2,000.00 on 11/**/2014 #[redacted]- ** although services had not been provided. Numerous phone calls were made by my staff person concerning the scheduling of Radio Shows since my office had not been contacted by WRNW1. Emails were sent constantly to set up time frames and as of today I have not been provided the services that was contracted. The Radio Shows were always conducted by a different person than originally stated. Due to the fact that I have patient's scheduled on a daily basis WRNW1 found it difficult to provide the time requested for the Radio Shows. Also, I was paying one of my staff people to constantly contact WRNW1 via phone & email due to non communication. The task had begun to interfere with my dental practice & as a result Women Network was contacted via email on December * & **, 2014 and informed not to deduct any funds from my account because at that time I was very dissatisfied with the service. January **, 2015 an unauthorized amount of $2,500.00 was deducted from my account by Womens Network.

---02/**/2015 spoke with [redacted] that stated the $2,500.00 would be refunded to my account

on 02/**/2015.

----02/**/2015 spoke with [redacted] stated he would handle refunding my account since it was not done on 02/**/2015. I made several calls as well as my staff person/ [redacted] to [redacted] stating he was going to administration and call back that never happened.

----02/**/2015 emailed [redacted] and asked if she would forward to [redacted] & [redacted].

-----03/** & 03/** called to speak with [redacted]/** of WRNW1 informed he was on the phone & would call back when off. Called two hours later and informed that he was in a meeting and would call as soon as the meeting had ended. Of course, [redacted] has not returned my phone call or the calls made by [redacted]. The phone calls & emails made to [redacted] & [redacted] is too numerous to list all of the dates. I have called repeatedly called over 2- months unsuccessful. [redacted] have failed to honor his word as the receptionist stated he has not returned my phone call. All information was given to the receptionist to inform [redacted] of the nature of the call.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund check in the amount of $2,500.00 for unauthorized funds debited from my account on January **, 2015. I have requested WRNW1 to cancel all services they have not provided according to their contract and refund me on an immediate basis.

Review: My wife, [redacted], who is a real estate agent, was contacted by [redacted] to assist her in publicizing her activities. Their first invoice, on July *, 2014, was for a customized plaque for $1500.Their second invoice , on July *, 2014 was for a radio show on [redacted], a major press release, a customized plaque, a CD-Biography and a CD-Rom (the last two never received} for $1000. [redacted] gave them her [redacted] credit card number for the charges. The bank refused to pay them without giving a full explanation. She then gave [redacted] her [redacted]s number when they complained. On August **,2014 came an invoice for a radio show to be aired on [redacted] (referring to the Womens Radio Network), a Commercial ([redacted]) and a customized plaque, in the amount of $**85. There then appeared on [redacted] statements charges of $4885 Aug.**;$4885 Aug.**; $4885 Sept. *; $4985 Sept.*; $4885 Sept.*; $4885 Sept. *; $1885 Sept. **; $5585 Sept.**; $5885 Sept. **. In none of the latter was there any communication to [redacted] of the projected charges. In some of the occasions they were preceded by a call from [redacted] of WRNW,scheduling a telephone interview. There was no way [redacted] would have agreed if she were aware of the cost involved.Desired Settlement: Agreement by [redacted] that the charges were outrageous, that they were hoping to take advantage of her trust in their reasonableness and that they communicate to [redacted]s that they will reduce the charges to more appropriate numbers. Supporting documents can be supplied if required.

Review: I invested $2000.00 in advertising with Women's Radio Network. The person with whom I spoke promised a refund if the advertising was not a success. I received no business as a result of this advertising, so I requested a refund. This gentleman said that he would refund my money. After countless phone calls, I have yet to see the refund.Desired Settlement: This business has a responsibility to follow through on their word and refund my $2000.00.
