I purchased a years membership to this gym in October of 2017 upon which I went to the gym regularly. In February 2018 the gym had a leak in the roof and closed. I received a phone call saying the gym would be open in few weeks, months have now gone by and it looks though this gym will not be reopening. I have been calling and emailing the facility since April and no one is responding to voicemails or emails and it has been months now. I would like someone to refund me my money back for the remainder of the year. I think that is only right especially since they have made no effort in the last 5-6 months to communicate with its members or return phone calls and emails. I would like my money back so I could put that towards another gym as this gym is no longer one I want to be a part of.

I recently moved to the city of Philadelphia and signed up for an annual membership for a women's gym called Women's Fitness Solutions. I attended about 5 or 6 classes total, before the studio was suddenly shut down with no word given to members as to why they were closed, or when they would reopen.

I've reached out to one of the studio's teachers on ***, who has also heard nothing from the studio. She was able to give me the name of the woman at the front desk, my only contact for the location, and I contacted her as a 'friend' on ***.

All she could say is that the studio was temporarily closed. I reached out to her and received this message at the beginning of March. I've written to her four times since then, each week, and have received no response back even though I know she is seeing my messages.

I paid up-front for a full years' membership, and I am upset and disappointed to have no answer now as to what's going on, and no clear way to obtain a refund of my membership fee.

Please let me know what I can do to find out more information about what is going on here! This business needs to be held accountable, as there are many other members like myself left in the dark, wanting a refund at this point!
