This doctors office is a nightmare. It has taken them this long and this much drama to make things right. Their staff, as you can see is very argumentative, passive aggressive and unprofessional. I surely hope their response becomes public to show how poor their customer service is and especially [redacted]'s "[redacted]" and argumentative responses. For them to have comments about my mother and side comments worries me that HIPPA and other privacy policies are not being followed. Through this entire process I have not recieved an apology. This office is the definition of poor customer service and truly don't know how their doors are still open.

To Whom It May Concern: We have received your notification that one of our patients, [redacted], has filed a complaint with the local Revdex.com. This letter is in response to her allegations. [redacted] first stated that she has had 3 different issues at our office in the...

last year and a half; however, we have not seen her in the office since December 2, 2014. She then said that her appointment on the 22nd of December was scheduled at 12 PM. She was scheduled in the last time slot of the morning at 11:40 AM, as we do not schedule patients at 12 since that is when the lunch hour begins. There is no record of anyone in our office telling her the appointment was scheduled at 12. We did not hear from [redacted] until 11:55 AM, when she was already 15 minutes late. We checked with the provider to see if she could be worked in at a different time, but unfortunately we were fully booked. She then insisted that she must be seen and that it would only take 10 minutes to take care of her. She was quite upset that we were unable to accommodate her and hung up. It is our policy, along with many other practices, that patients who are over 10 minutes late may be rescheduled. While we tried to accommodate [redacted] and get her rescheduled, she grew increasingly hostile. She finally told us that she would never come back and hung up on us a second time. Her chart was in the basement and after looking at it we noted that we have had issues with this patient's Mother in the past, We are attaching an ultrasound report from 2009 that the patient referred to in her complaint explaining the real issue and her Mother's reaction. We consider this complaint neither warranted nor justified.
