To Whom it May Concern, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We are constantly fine tuning our operations and have tried to come up with a system that balances the needs of all parties concerned.  First of all, we want to make sure...

that we do everything within the law and industry best practices, which we are.  Secondly, we want to ensure that legitimate subscribers who wish to receive our content can do so in an unobtrusive way, while at the same time preventing any abuse of the system. In cases of abuse, where a person is signed up without their knowledge, we have provided multiple avenues to unsubscribe and will give all assistance possible in determining who signed the person as well as preventing it from happening again. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.  We made contact with this customer on 4/25/2017 and resolved this issue to his satisfaction. This customer has been unsubscribed from all of our newsletters and the email address has been blocked to prevent it from being added to our lists again. Please let me know if there is any other information that I can provide.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service in the country..They continue to send products that need refrigeration to wrong addresses in this AZ 100 degree plus weather...2nd shipment was also sent to wrong address and to a P.O. Box without refrigeration..I will never patronize this business again..Horrible

Review: I ordered my prescription and a prescription for my husband through Woman's International Pharmacy because their prices seemed good. I paid in full for the meds, overnight shipping and was told I would receive the order next day. That was 3 days ago. I phoned yesterday and was told I would definitely receive today. I have waited at home for past 2 days only to be told "you will receive it tomorrow" . I cant believe a pharmacy could be so careless with a patients medication (which needs refrigeration). When I phoned, I was not offered any consideration towards this order, any apology, or even acknowledgement that this is not typical. The manager tech was obviously unconcerned with customer satisfaction, retention, or the diminished quality of the medication if not refrigerated for 3-4 day "overnight" delivery.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology, refund, and new medication if the quality has diminished by being in "overnight" transport for three full days.
