Mr*** is unreasonable in the amount he asking forIf anyone is familiar moving insurance moving companies is not required to pay the amount that a customer ask us to pay for their propertyMoving company only have to pay cent per poundThat protects us from consumer fraudAlso as a labor
base moving company we are bot required to carry cargo insuranceMr*** did not have the proper material require on the website that he hired us fromWe are only required to show up physically to do the jobHe is suppose to have all material necessary to complete his job requestAgain as I explained to the customer I will not pay the amount that he is asking for. Thank you!
Chris N***

We have no proof that the damage that was cause by usFurthermore the scratches that you are complaining about is not visible to the nake eyesI will not repair or be responsible for anythingThank you and good luckChris N***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Chris has not offered a reasonable resolution for the damages his company has caused during their servicesI have only been holding him to all the claims he has been making since the time his workers showed up to do the work
When his two movers showed up with nothing to move our things from our old apartment to the new one on the same property about yards apart, I called him up to ask him about thisHe said that the site I used, MovingHelp.com, doesn’t do a good job informing the customers about what is required of us and that we are supposed to provide all equipment (such as a moving hand truck, etc.) to do the moveInstead of having me get the proper equipment or rejecting the job, he said not to worry, that his guys will be able to take care of it, since most of the items we needed moved were in boxes and odds and ends, no large items
When I contacted Chris the following morning, he told me that I would be compensated for the damages and to send him the info about what was damagedI did so with photos, links to current comparable items and the a/c receipt, as seen in the attached fileHe proceeded to tell me his insurance company would replace the a/c and were investigating all the other items I have sent himI waited to hear from the insurance company until 10/10/16, when I started to ask for the contact info since they were not contacting me as Chris said they wouldYou can see his response on 10/10/that “I have been going back and forth with the insurance company…” Then he started to change his story about how he didn’t need to provide insurance information to meDoes “Won’t Stop Moving” have insurance or not, still remains to be in questionAll I know is that Chris initially claimed he did and that I was going to be compensated for the damages his company has caused
Chris wanted to negotiate a lower amount to compensate for all the damagesI gave him several lower amounts that were never low enough for himHe kept promising to pay if I was willing to take an agreeable amountHe never responded with any possible offers that he was willing to payChris does not seem to understand how negotiating works, it takes two to tango
After trying to work with him for over a month, I contacted MovingHelp.com on 10/25/to see if they could assistI said I would take $to resolve everything, and Chris said he wouldn’t pay that muchDuring this phone conversation Chris promised to pay me $to cover the damaged dishes, shoe rack and office chairThen we would work out the remaining amount for the cost of repairing the a/cI called several repair shops the following day, to find out there are no licensed repair shops for the brand of a/c due to the cost of getting licensedSo the only reasonable resolution I could see was for Chris to replace the one year old a/cOn 11/13/he still claimed he had the money order for me and was going to send it the next morningI am still waiting for this to arrive
I contacted the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and my rental insurance companyBoth people I spoke to encouraged me to try and work it out with ChrisIn a case where property is damaged both said they would expect the company to restore the customer to their prior stateThey both also advised that If Chris was not willing to work out a reasonable resolution for this issue, to follow up with the Revdex.com
I am reasonably holding Chris to his word as he explained it to meHis insurance company wanted a receipt (which I sent him multiple times) and would replace the a/cHe also promised to send $to cover the other damages his men causedHe stated these in the emails, yet I have not received anything from him or his insurance companyTherefore Chis has not provided any reasonable resolution for the damage his company has caused and I reject his response.Sincerely,*** ***

The men work for the customer for the agree amount of time and moneyThe job was scheduled for four hours and the men worked for four hoursIf the customer was unhappy with the service that was provided they have a right to voice there opinion via reviews, which they did doUhaul also provide the
customer a payment to give to their moving help upon completion of workThe customer provided the men with the payment codeIn all business there comes a time where the customer is not happyIt is the nature of doing businessThat does not mean the customer get a free move, because of one disagreement. I apologize that we did not live up to their expectation, but they will not be refunded the entirety of the moveThey have no ground to stand onNow I want them to live up to their threats via text message of taking me to courtGood luckChristopher N***

I am rejecting this response because: He skirted around the issue at hand and didn't address what his movers actually didI dont want to be refunded for the moveI paid another moving company $to finish the mess his workers created and I want to br compensated for thatFurthemore Christopher N*** already agreed to providig me a refund and is now not doing so, so he liedIt is not rightLegal action is not a threat, it's a gurantee at this point.
Sincerely,
*** ***
