scammer! Unauthorized credit card charges every month. Pain to get cancelled

Scam company. You make one purchase and they sell your phone number, e-mail and who knows what else, to other scammers that will harass you day and night with hangup calls, and shady salespeople demanding your info but not even telling you which company they belong to or what they’re asking you to buy.
This is what you have to look forward to if you give this “cosmetics company” the time of day. And the best part? They’ll use your credit card number any time they please to charge you money for ???, as there is no e-mail or text indicating they have sent something or that you have agreed to pay them for anything. And their customer service e-mail address and phone number are fake. How convenient!
My advice: stay far away from this company. Cancelling your credit card, changing your phone number, fuming over money that you’re sure you’ll never get back...it’s not worth it.

I cannot get a hold of the company for fraudulent billing

This company is a scam company , don’t bye from them they will make unauthorized charges in your credit card

On 12/29/19, I ordered a face cream that was advertised on ***. at the time of the order, I did not realize that I was entering a subscription plan because it was not clearly stated in the promotion ad on *** nor on the website, nor in the confirmation email I received after making the purchase.

After about 10 days and not having received my purchase, I went to the website and that was when I realized that I had entered a subscription. I immediately sent them an email informing them that I needed to cancel the subscription immediately. They never replied to my email but a couple of days later, 01/12/20, I got an email informing me that my debit card was charged $72.99 (Receipt #***)

I called and spoke with someone in customer service who told me that it may take about 4 days for them to process emails so, I asked for a refund but she said she could not offer one because the item had been shipped. I then asked her to cancel all future shipments but I don't know if this was done because I never got a confirmation email. It's almost a month and my debit card was indeed charged $72.99 and to date, I have not received the item I was charged for nor have I gotten any email informing me of the delay.

This company has the worst customer service, they take long to ship, they do not reply to emails and they are not upfront about future charges. At this point, I just want a refund for the item they never sent me and to make sure that they honored my request to cancel all future shipments.
