DISSAPOINTMENT! !! Everyone seemed very nice when this all 1st started,,, However, once I called on my fence being blown down and ripped apart by the winds a week after it was installed in April it took months of calling everyday and getting excuse after excuse on why it would be tomorrow or next weekthen that day would come and I would call and something would have come up and they would say they would have to reschedule when they finally came out they fixed it in July!!!well mostly, posts still loose in ground when they left and I called the office right awayI was told give it a week and if it's still loose call backI did and left a message againNOTHING, no call back nothingI was told by one of the workers because the ft posts were 6ft post with ft add on welded on the weld broke in the wind..and that's what caused itPlus the posts were far apartthe bid clearly states use heavy posts close together because of the windSo now I am fixing my own fence and putting in post in between the spaced out posts they didI am also digging out the broken posts where the weld failedI payed $for a fence that lasted a weekAnd now I'm into it already for an additional $at this Point as I go down the line adding and replacing posts and concrete to hold the fence upThe sad thing is they knew this was a windy place that's why we wanted to bulk up the fence because I wanted to put up a wind screenso now it's months later and I still am spending my weekends putting in posts so someday I can put up the wind screenAt this point even if they wanted to make it right I don't think I would let themYou don't treat customers like this and keep pushing them off and when you finally try and fix it you do the minimum and leaveif anyone else has used this company and has issues you know to well that the thing your told over and over and over when you call is "your a good customer, don't worry I will take good care of you"months later yep you took great care I'm taking my money!! I have text, emails and phone logs I will be more than happy to show anyone who would like to see them and also the original bid which clearly states "extra posts and heavy"

At this point even if they wanted to make it right I don't think I would let them.
