Wonder Warmer Wholesale

Review: I purchased several pairs of small WonderWarmer hand warmers just before Christmas at a WonderWarmers booth at the Columbus Circle Christmas booths. Three of the warmers are not functioning. I have placed two phone calls to their number and left detailed voice messages as well as one e-mail via their website about the issue asking about replacements.

The calls and the e-mail have gone unanswered and I fear will continue to be unanswered. When I left my second voice mail yesterday I indicated I would contact the Revdex.com about the issue if I did not hear back from them within a day. No repsonse.Desired Settlement: Replacement or credit.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Wonder Warmer Wholesale has been resolved.

I have been contacted byt the business. While the response time was very unsatisfactory, they only called once I disputed the entire charge with American Express, the credit of faulty goods has been settled.

However I would closely monitor complaints and the resolution time to settle the complaint.
