We have reviewed the complaint form filed by *** ***Our products are offered as part of a traditional online marketing program offer. We openly disclose to all consumers the terms and conditions of our program offer. All consumers are advised that by accepting
the sample that they will be enrolled in a monthly program. Secondly, we always refund our customers when they do not want the product or stop the product program.Based upon research, we see that we have previously refunded *** *** over the phone with our customer service on in which she agreed to a 35% refund We also provided them with a Refund Confirmation Email titled "Refunded Order Notification” sent to *** on 03/at 5:13pm We also went ahead and refunded $today as well as a confirmation email. In closing, we feel that have complied with the terms and conditions of our offer and gave refunded the customer. I am rejecting this response because:Within their advertisement their was no mention of a month to month option. I wouldn't have ordered this product. Yes, I was offered an 35% refund on the seconded product shipped which was $94.00. If I cancelled within your day shipping date why can't I get at least all of that back. I'll accept my lost for the email situation because I don't used that address, it was activated to get a supposed free trial So that I wouldn't get anymore ads from this business Thanks Revdex.com for your quick response to this situation
