We are showing on our end that only two emails were sent to us, both on the same date of 8/30/A reply was sent to these messages on 9/1/No phone messages appear to be left to us from the phone number that was provided at the time of purchase with our companyWe've attached a file that shows the dates and times of our replies, as well as indicates that our email response was viewed as of 10/20/We regret that nearly two months passed before our reply was viewed, as we clearly indicated within our message that we would be more than happy to help come to a resolution on this matter with you.Within our original email reply we included a form that was requested to be filled out; because reactions to our products are extremely rare, we take any feedback of a reaction very seriously, and always attempt to gather as much information as possible to help us better understand what may have occurredOur original email reply also clearly indicated that upon completion of this form, we would be happy to arrange a refund for the purchased productsWe are happy to extend this offer to you again, and request that the form sent in our original email reply be filled out completelyUpon completion, we would be happy to arrange a refund for the purchased amount of $87.48.We look forward to reaching a resolution with you on this matter

customer and their beloved pets is always our utmost priorityWe have worked hard to formulate products that are not only effective and natural, but very safe for both people and animals alikeHowever animals (much like people!) all have their own unique levels of tolerance, so sensitivities or allergies are an ever-present possibilityThat said, we only use non-toxic ingredients in our products and they will cause no long or short term damage to petsBecause reactions of any sort are very rare (less than 1%), we take any feedback like this very seriously, and would love to learn more about what happened with your precious kitties so that we can better understand what may have happenedIf you are able to, we would greatly appreciate speaking with you directly either by email at ***, or by phone at *** so that we can gather more information about what you observed. Thank you again for reaching out to usWe regret that this has been a frustrating experience for youWe have operated in good faith to find a resolution since your first contact expressing a lack of satisfaction with your productsOutlined below are the steps that have been taken thus far:-The first correspondence we have is from April 19th, in which a voicemail was left by *** stating that she had viewed our website and was interested in the gallon pail of outdoor concentrate productThe voicemail recording has been attached to this reply for review, and it is clearly stated within that: "I see on your website you sell a large gallon container"Our return policy is openly available for viewing on our website under our "Shipping and Returns" page, and clearly outlines that we do not accept returns on orders over $225. Please consider the transcribed voicemail evidence that the customer did review the website and select the product on her own, without customer service suggestion. -We returned the call and followed up with her inquiry regarding the gallon pail, and in that correspondence we advised that *** would want to purchase enough product to ensure full coverage for the desired treatment area, and provided coverage details for both the gallon bottle of product and the gallon pailWe also advised that many customers treating larger areas often choose to only treat the immediate environment, and did not specifically recommend the gallon pail as the product that should be purchased.-When the customer contacted us expressing concern that the product might not be working as it should be, on two separate occasions we spoke with her and offered her information and advice on how to find success with her productIn addition, as a courtesy and free of charge (including free shipping), we sent her two complementary products- a bottle of Personal Insect Repellent so that she could find immediate relief from mosquitoes while the product in question (EcoTreat) was given time to set into the environment and work, and a hose-end spray applicator to use when she expressed that she was not successful with the compression-style sprayer she had been usingThese were provided free in an effort to help the customer meet her goals with her product. -When the customer again returned to us expressing that she was dissatisfied with her products, we offered her a refund up to the allowable amount per our return policy ($225) and let her keep the gallon pail of product in hopes she would find successWe alsogave an additional $credit from a referral program (which otherwise has no cash value, but we decided to honor on good faith because her friend and happy customer referred her)These terms were accepted and agreed by the customer at that time. The amount of $has been refunded back to the card that was used to purchase and the gallon pail has remained in the ownership of the customer. -We always strive to be as transparent with our customers as possibleIn light of this situation in an effort to constantly improve our customer satisfaction, we've added the following safegauards in addition to our return policy clearly available on our website:1. The return and refund policy is on all packing slips included in orders Verbally inform all phone customers ordering products valued over $of the policyIn closing, we've made various efforts to satisfy the customer and remain unsuccessfulAs agreed to by the customer prior to filing this Revdex.com complaint, we provided a $refund, the remaining gallons of product to be kept, free products provided and shipped at our expense, and a referral refundWe regret to know the customer now deems our good faith resolutions insufficient.
