To whom it may concern, I acknowledged and received the email from Revdex.com on 08/01/16.In response to the complaint that was posted, I would like to reassure that I, Yuliya [redacted] am NOT a travel agent whatsoever..wonders of nature is a licensed detox center.  I am responsible for...

 taking action in procedures and taking my clients on health beneficial trips. This is not a travel agency, nor am I a travel agent  of any sorts.The concerned client reached out to me  with her problem and demanded a refund; as stated to every client going on this trip, they were told that by the presentation of a medical note from their local health provider, she will receive a refund. Without this note, she unfortunately will not. The concerned client has yet to present me with a medical note, therefore she has not confirmed her absence from this trip. The reservation at the Park hotel was made for a group of people and I was told myself by the manager that cancellations for this GROUP must be made within two weeks of the trip. Cancellation policies are different depending on the arrivals and amounts of people.Once again, I have informed the client that without a medical note from a healthcare provider, there will be no refund given. Once I receive the note, I will look over her files and she will receive a refund within the next 30 calendar days. Since the client only gave me a 12 day short notice, I will try my hardest to refund her, but with such short notice and without the note I will not be able to. Upon the recieval of such documents, I hope the client will be satisfied.  Sincerely,Yuliya L.
