Great customer service, got my registration number and everything is working as it should!

Great software, but *** marketing Downloaded the "free" version, but it wasn't until I went to export my finished movie to a usable format that I realized you have to purchase the software to remove the watermark from the final product This is not shared anywhere that one would easily locate on their website Incredibly frustrating & left a very sour taste with me despite the functionality of the product

I have used this software for several years nowIt has ALWAYS had technical issues and the customer service is total crapCustomer Service page is not helpful, not user friendly, dead links keep you from sending in something directly for helpAwfulJust awful

I used a trial version of their PDFelement software and it ruined a document in which it could only be fixed by buying their softwareTheir customer service was non-existentWhen I found them on facebook a found a lot of other people complaining about similar problems

I have nothing to say but good things about Wondershare FilmoraThe are very honest and have great customer serviceI highly recommend them

Wondershare is not an ethical company in spite of the glowing reviews about the software on their website After many attempts to make the software work with a Mac, I gave upI had no help from the so-called customer serviceI just received emails telling me a number and to send more info --and to connect with support center --from where I sent the emailsI took action and no longer will have any connection with this companyI was told I could download again and not be charged - totally a lieI've already told a number of people
to avoid WondershareI only want to make people aware that the glowing reviews do not cover the truthI also noted that you have to have permission to write a website review about the company -so reviews are filtered with only plus reviews printedAs I said, not ethical and the worst customer service I've experience in years

I would like to thank the Wondershare Company for their excellent customer service and support, especially Emma with the Support Team. She was professional, informative, and very helpful while assisting me with some updated new software to replace some old software that I had recently purchased, that is no longer supported by the company, and I might add, at no cost to me. This speaks volumes about the company, and the outstanding character of Emma as a person. Thank You.

Software does not deliver and hangs, actually crashes the PC (a thing that has not happened in years). I cannot recommend and regret having bought it. It may work for smaller movies with low resolutions but it has difficulty with HD films. Difficulty meaning it cannot convert them.

1-Star...would give them 1/2 star if it was available. Signed on for a 5 day free trial with one of their products. Product was horrible. Went to web site to cancel free trial and here were my choices: no live chat...no phone numbers...only addresses for corporate locations in China, Japan, Canada (I am in the USA) when you clicked on 'Support' or 'Contact' link or automated answers to FAQ. Googled their Canadian phone number and tried calling repeatedly to get the message "This number is not taking calls at this time". Went to their Facebook page and had to send a request to them via Facebook private messages on how to cancel the free trial. The CS Rep provided me with the answer then launched into a really unnecessary bunch of commentary such as , "It's the annoyed customers who complain the loudest"...etc. Totally unneccessary. There was no reason for the CS Rep to leave any further messages after they advised how to cancel the free trial...but the smart mouthed messages just kept coming!! I told them to stop...they did not...they kept sending more smart mouthed rhetoric. I reported them to Facebook who is now reviewing the conversation thread. They have horrendous reviews fro many former employees and customers. Add me to that list. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Products and service are pathetic!!

I was very happy with the customer service I was provided this last week. I was changing over computers and needed to register a copy of software I purchased back in 2012. My email address and registration code were not working. After a couple of back and forth emails with the customer service folks, they were able to provide me with the correct download link and a new code that would register my product. There were very professional and wanted to ensure that my problem was solved. I never felt like it was a bother for them to help me.

Wondershare was very helpful in helping me reinstall my program that I had lost when my computer got a virus. They even sent me a new version this software that I had used. It was called Video Editor. The new version was called, Filmora. This looks like a good program. I think it works like the old program but better. :-) So thanks Wondershare for being so helpful. I appreciate all your help and support! :-) Thanks and Happy Holidays!

I had a problem installing the Filmora software on my computer and Helen promptly sent me out the correct link so I could complete the installation. I found that Wondershare responded very quickly to customer needs.

I have purchased [redacted] software as it quite good reviews. Even though I have seen some minor bugs and periodically the program crashed, it did not bother me much. In about one month I uncovered some problems with it that mattered to me. After I communicated them to the tech support, the answer was to install the latest software revision. The latest revision had installation problems - the installer deleted the old version but could not install into the same directory. I finally managed with help from my company IT person to install the software into a new directory but one problem I complained about still did not go away. The tech support apparently operated from China since I was receiving replies on the next morning while I was asleep. After I reported my frustration and asked for a refund I stopped receiving any replies from tech support. Few days before I reported the problem I received a solicitation from Wondershare to give a 5 star review in exchange for free software, and of course, I did not as it is agaist my principles. So folks, beware this company buys their reviews, the software is [redacted], support is [redacted] and I recommend to [redacted] from them.

I purchased the [redacted] last week, I liked to use it but didn't have the chance. they gave me a coupon for $5 discount on any purchase then I decided to get that in their $9.9 effect. It didn't work. I submitted a ticket and they gave me another coupon, it didn't work again, then because their website is cookie enabled, when you approach for some new effects it will be tracked that you're interested in which video effect, and because you've purchased the software from them, you need to buy their own effects, then I have to pay 1.5 times more rather than getting half price discount on my coupon which they gave me on the purchase of the software for lifetime version. By the way I need to buy that effect which I need for tomorrow and I can not wait another couple of days that they may answer me. Software looks good so far, however I've not dig deep into it and I don't know how it will work eventually but in terms of pricing and purchase be careful with them. After the purchase they may not follow you up as you expected, they are food in following up till you make the purchase. If you are a newbie in videos like me and need a real support, when you submit a ticket at least get a response after 3 days, you may consider other options in the market as well. I'm saying so far the software looks good, but in terms of pricing and payment and also support be careful with them.
