This is an issue in regards to a dint in a front bumper on the purchase of a Chevy Silverado 3500hd that Lassen Chevrolet wants to ignore and not handle in a professionial matterI had brought to salemans attention days after purchase, and have been trying for weeks to get them to handle only to only be told its been to long, I have tried multiple times to handle at various levelsThis is the very short version of the whole thing
On 11/10/I had a diagnosis check of my car as the check engine light came on This cost me $and I was told I needed to replace front air fuel ratio sensor code #Pat a cost of $ Then again the engine light came on on 12/22/ Again, they told me I needed a new intake manifold gasket because code #PThe same code number as before came up but different part problem and this part would cost me $
I decided to get a second opinion Took my car to *** *** *** *** who checked my car and found nothing was wrong with my car
I called the service department to find out why the same service code came up for two different parts and was told by reception lady Rainbow she would talk to service tech and call me back I received no call back which leaves me to believe Lassen was trying to take advantage of an elder, retired person who is on a limited income I took my car into *** *** *** and they informed me there was nothing wrong
I purchased a Prius from L*** in Since purchasing I have had L*** maintain the car for me Sometimes buying a car is an unpleasant experience with the haggling and seemingly underhanded sales gimmicks to dance through to buy the car Not the case with L*** Straight forward business deal
The subsequent service has been excellent Easy to get an appointment and quick to respond to my needs as a customer Their pricing is fair and without surprises I have great confidence in L*** in that I am not offered or sold work that does not need to be done and my car is properly attended to as well
