Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In addition to ***, the agent( [redacted] ) was also dealing with myself On 2/4/we had come to the office and put a down payment on the trip on persons At this time I explained to the agent that there may be an additional person added The agent indicated a hold on the price could be placed on our account until 2/9/ We received an email on 2/6/that this in fact was not the case and we would have to decide if an additional person was going to be added I stopped in the office the next day and submitted the deposit for the additional person This increase also affected the two other individuals in the room with him by $each(total of $150).I think that Thomas Tours should stand by their original statement that there would be no price change if the decision to add an individual by 2/9/17--which we actually added/submitted the deposit early-- 2/7/ This is very poor customer service to not stand by your agent's original verbal contract/statement Regards, [redacted]

to go with the group The original reservation was held on FebDeposit payment was made on Feb 4thOn Feb 7, Agent received a call that the 7th person was now able to goUnfortunately the sale price that had been booked and deposited was no longer availableAny additions to reservation to would be at the new priceThe client was given both the single rate (this would not change the double room rate) and also the price per person with the change of the double room now being a triple, which was the increase of $50ppThe client choose the second option and the additional deposit was required
