I had Wood Air Conditioning come to my house to repair a heating unit for me. They replaced an igniter (which wasn't the problem) charged me 232 dollars. I called back 2 days later and they sent a different technician, who also didn't get the issue fixed but charged another 92 dollars. I called and talked to a supervisor so they sent the same 2 techs back to my home. They got the unit lit again and told me the repair would cost 800 dollars but I would be pouring money down the drain because I needed to purchase a new unit. Out of frustration I called [redacted] to come look at it. They diagnosed the problem within an hour ordered the part and replaced it the next day at a cost of 175 dollars and my heat has been working properly since. I never received an invoice or receipt from Wood Air conditioning and will never use them again!
