The property was never securedMany times my wife and I would go to the property in the evening and find it unlocked for anyone to enter
The job on the floors themselves was subpar and they look terrible
He never disposed of his waste material in the proper manner and this self combustible material caught the dumpster on fire almost burning the house down
He used our backyard as a latrine and left his soiled rags for us to clean up
He is unable to tell the truth
