I am rejecting this response because:I
have been trying for 1/year to remove this lock box due to a security issues for me. I have requested the original agent not to return. They claim to have sent someone else, but that person got lost. I asked for a reimbursement due to security issues and they told me they would charge me for removing the lock box. I do not want the original agent to return as she never showed up when she was supposed to. I still have the lock box and want them to pick up.

We spoke to the complainant and the agent that was involved on the same day that the customer called in our agent from Wood that their calls were unreturned calls.  The customer calls were from calls that were made at unreasonable times of 11pm and 1am   He did respond to her at any...

time during normal business hours.  In her complaint she stated she had called me.   I asked her to give me til noon the next day but then she called me back at 10:30am and did not know why she had to wait until noon.  Then, she told the manager that I was lying but I had tried two time to call her and we did tell her that we did not believe her that she had not received our calls .  She became irate and was screaming and yelling.  We did release her from her contract.
