[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am well aware on how to use bill pay I did not have bill pay set up and was able to make payments with no problem until after August Your response does not give me what I need to correct my credit score your bank sent information to [redacted] regarding my accountI would like a letter to send to my credit bureau and the fees I was assessed because of your faulty system I should not have to use bill pay if I do not want to that is my decision however, my pay should not have been rejected Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the complaint and we discussed via email and phone with [redacted] and found him to be not at fault for any of thisAccordingly adjusted his financial accounts here, he has lodged disputes with the credit bureaus, at our request and we are submitting letters to remove the reported charge off with them as soon as possible,apologized to him for the problems, none of which were caused by him,Sincerely,Michael [redacted] M***, Risk Manager

I reviewed the complaint and we discussed via email and phone with [redacted] and found him to be not at fault for any of this. Accordingly adjusted his financial accounts here, he has lodged disputes with the credit bureaus, at our request and we are submitting letters to remove the reported... charge off with them as soon as possible,apologized to him for the problems, none of which were caused by him,Sincerely,Michael [redacted] M***, Risk Manager

Thank you for contacting us in regards to a dissatisfied memberWe value all of our members and are well aware that they can establish memberships elsewhere if they are not satisfied with the service we provide to themIn an attempt to mend broken relationships, we try to manage member complaints
in the best way possibleAfter review of this member's account, I do see the two fees that were charged to her account in the month of NovemberEach time a payment was made, only partial payments were made which caused the member to incur repeated late feesThe late fee charged on 11/20/was a result of only a partial payment made in OctoberThe late fee charged on 11/23/was for the month of November because the actual payment due date was on 11/15/2017.As stated before, we value our members and this means their concerns are our concerns as wellIt was stated in the complaint letter that this member had been going through medical issues which we understand can be difficultWe've also noticed that the member had never received a courtesy refurd throughout her loan termTaking into consideration the combination of the two, we've processed a loan refund in the amount of $35,as requested by the memberThe funds have been added to the principle balance of the loan essentially decreasing the leftover balance owedWe appreciate your collaborative efforts in ensuring a successful resolution for our memberThank you and have a great däy

with Fedchoice, they are given the information needed in order to set up direct deposit, allotments, or bill paysThis process had been successfully completed with this member when establishing their direct deposit with their employer, but unfortunately, not with their *** *** bill pay accountWe offer multiple options through Fedchoice in order to make payments to creditorsOne, in specific, is our automatic bill pay which allows the member to choose when and how they would like their payments to be paidThis transaction will then become part of their statements for verification purposes.While it is the members' responsibility to provide the correct numbers to ensure proper payment, we value our members and will assist them with whatever they need in order to successfully utilize all the services their accounts offerWe would be happy to provide a new form to set up direct deposits or bill payWe could even assist the member through the setup process to ensure the payment has been added via our bill pay serviceWe could also help the member set up alerts so they will know when the payment has been madeThis could help provide peace of mind by verifying that the payments were madeThe member will be able to see the alert when it happens, as well as, the transaction on their statementThank you for contacting us as this will help us provide additional service to this member

with Fedchoice, they are given the information needed in order to set up direct deposit, allotments, or bill pays. This process had been successfully completed with this member when establishing their direct deposit with their employer, but unfortunately, not with their [redacted] bill pay account. We offer multiple options through Fedchoice in order to make payments to creditors. One, in specific, is our automatic bill pay which allows the member to choose when and how they would like their payments to be paid. This transaction will then become part of their statements for verification purposes.While it is the members' responsibility to provide the correct numbers to ensure proper payment, we value our members and will assist them with whatever they need in order to successfully utilize all the services their accounts offer.
