Wood Creek Condominium Rentals

Hello,This is not a Customer of mine, She is my Customers neighbor, Before starting this project my customer for warned me about this neighbor, She stated that when they moved in years ago this neighbor in the back yard said they cut her pine tree yelling at them, which they told her they did not
even go near her tree, But she continued on yelling at them about the treeSo, I guess they do not get alongSo My customer told me to stay away from her tree and only trim what is in the fence line, So that is what we did, Nothing more, She started yelling at me and my employees about the tree and my customer told us to ignore her, she would take care of this issueMy Customer called the cops not the Neighborthey went and talked to the neighbor and told her to let us do our workthe officer told me if she gave us a problem to call him and he would come backWe did not harass the neighborWe did the least amount of work from her side, Because she would come out and say to us, Who cut her tree, We had no right to touch her tree etcI am not responsible for filling in the tops of the post after we cementAlso the small piece of fence she is saying we did not put back, The reason we did not put it back was there was a wood fence that it was attached to, we replace it with a Vinyl fence, which there is no way to attach it to itMy customer did not want it attached to her new vinyl fence, which I would not blame her.I do not think it is right for this complaint to show on my reviews because of this situation was not avoidable from the very startNo matter who did this fence project there was going to be an issueI think that my employees did a great job avoiding the fight that she wanted.Thank you,*** ***Owner
