Review: Chris from Wood Dynamic Cabinetry came out to our home to make cabinet measurements, and emailed us plans for the three cabinets that he agreed to make for our home. After some adjustments and new plans, we gave him a $3,098.55 deposit in person on February 28, 2013. We told him that we were ready for installation in one month, and he agreed. He kept emailing us with appologies for delays, but now has stopped communicating with us. No product has been produced. We have consistently contacted him with no results. We visited his place of business and found a small,locked storefront. We really want the cabinets that we ordered, or our money back. Thank you.

At the time of this complaint, I contacted the client via telephone. I apologized for the delay and lack of communication. We had sold a lot of work and I didn't realize how much it was affecting my schedule. Once I contacted the client I offered to return his deposit if he wished, he said he would rather have the cabinets completed. At that point I sent a new deadline, prioritized his project and completed it in a timely fashion. The client was ultimately happy with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail of the project and this job is closed. I have no good reason for the delays on this project but we have reconsidered our scheduling system and are correcting it for future projects.
