Ordered King size headboard and 2 bookshelves on June 5, 2018. delivery was to be in 6 weeks which would be 3rd week of July. Made 1300.00 deposit. On August 10th the store front is closed in Medicine Hat and no one answers the phone and can't leave a message as mail box is full. Refund of 1300.00 deposit will solve our problem.

November 25, 2017 We met with *** *** at *** *** *** and put a deposit on a 60 X 44 Table and 6 side chairs. Deposit was a check for $2400 with the balance due upon delivery end of March 2018. No delivery-called many times and left messages and texts.Finally the answering machine had no room for messages. *** finally answered cell on April 13, 2018 and advised he would call me back in 1/2 hour-never did. On April 20, 2018 I sent an email -no reply, then he finally answered his cell-said he was in Brooks, Alberta doing trade shows there, going onto Fort Mac for more shows. Our table was done, but waiting on chairs to be done then would be stained-he would be back May 4, 2018-no response. Phoned and many more texts -finally wife texts back he's in hospital with pneumonia.Still no reply after many texts and phone calls. Contacted our lawyer, he wrote an email-still no reply. ***

Entered into agreement vendor would provide product which we paid a down payment Nov/17 to date we have not heard nor are able to contact.
On Nov 24th 2017 we agreed that vendor would make a piece of furniture. We gave him a deposit of 300.00 and informed him we would need before Feb 28/17. which he agreed. Contacted him again first part of Apr and he promised del May 6th or 7th. We have tried many times to contact but no response. Email came back undeliverable contact info on web site false
