July 12, 2016Dear Revdex.com Representative:In response to the complaint from a family we have serviced, we wish to acknowledge receipt of saíd complaintAs food had already been purchased and time and effort were expended by the caterer to prepare for an event which was to be held in
two days, we felt that the request by *** Caterer was justifiedNonetheless, they have refunded Wood Funeral Home, Incthe $which the family is requesting and we will forward it to the responsible party.We do agree that there was no contract signed with *** Caterer and we will use the unfortunate event as a learning tool for our future clients.Respectfully,Wanda WSupervisor & Funeral Director
