Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
While it is true that I filed a complaint with the California Dptof Insurance, it is also true that the investigation is still pending and no results have been forwarded to me from them yetFurthermore, I spoke about this case to the San Diego D.Aoffice and to Hartford Insurance, the underwriter, and they both have initiated their own investigation to check into this agency's business practices, matters that are still pending as well

Review: Hello.Last year I spoke to Wood Gutmann & Bogart's Ins Bkr/PHS rep., [redacted], who sold me a gen liability ins for my business with a premium of $865 for one year. Last week, while getting bids from other companies it was called to my attention by one of these companies that Wood Gutmann & Bogart (WG&B) had included in this insurance a "Vehicle Liability Insurance" for the amount of $175 that I was never told about, it was never disclosed or explained to me, and I never requested or given the choice to accept or declined since I have personal car insurance.A senior manager called me on 07-15-14 and told me that it was my responsibility to read and understand their lingo, and that the fact that his rep never disclosed this undue overcharge has no relevance. As soon as I learned about this I called the Hartford, which is the actual Insurance rider, and cancelled this option for which I'm getting a refund of $21. I ask that WG&B return the rest of this vehicle coverage. This is very dishonest and this company needs to get their rep either better trained or look at their business practicesMy policy number is : [redacted]Account number is: [redacted]Desired Settlement: $155
