Review: Had shed installed. The installation was not done properly. Contacted Wood Kingdom. They were aware of problem. Promised to come back and fix. I have a message on my home phone stating so. It's now a long time later and they still have not come back. Last I was told they were still waiting for parts to come in. Shed is now getting worse.Desired Settlement: For them to redo what was installed improperly

We are very sorry that this issue was not handled back in October. To our knowledge this issue was taken care of; the paperwork was misfiled with the completed sheds. We are going to be ordering the material to perform the repairs. We will be out within the next 10 days to do the work.
