Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response by the company is a blatant lieThe issue is not resolved as they have not completed repairs or brought the items we purchased in FebruaryAfter several emails and phone calls from us to the company, they brought mismatched swings on separate occasions but have still not replaced ANY of the defective pieces of the swing set, have not brought the missing sandbox cover, and have not come to replace one of the swings they brought so that they matchWe have been waiting for them to return our calls to find out about the repairs and they still have not taken any action to address the safety hazards posed by their product and have yet to fulfill our order (despite taking payment in full months ago) It is now July and my children still do not have a safe play set, despite our purchasing it in February and repeatedly requesting repairs by the company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] *

Contrary to the customers complaint, we have called her numerous times regarding her shed We have reached out and given her a discount on her purchase as well as updates concerning delivery We have her shed now and can deliver it as soon as the weather moderates a bit We apologize for the delay, and believe that once the customer receives their shed with a significant discount, that we can satisfy them

[redacted] has received a credit It took two days from the time she cancelled for us to have the return processed We apologize for any problem the delay may have caused

[redacted] has a playset in her yard We are aware that it is not the one that she wanted and we have already issued her a credit for that We will issue a full refund to her when we pick up the set This will be done as soon as the weather will permit us to do it We are sorry for the delay We have no problem with the [redacted] children using the set in their yard until we are able to remove it.We apologize for the delay, but the weather circumstances have made that impossible As soon as the weather allows we will pick up the set and give [redacted] her credit and the receipt reflecting it

We apologize to [redacted] We have spoken to him numerous times We have his shed and can install it for him as soon as the weather clears I know that we have disappointed him and we regret that We are working very hard to correct the problems we have had We will call him before the [redacted] to see if we can remedy the situation or if we can arrange for a refund

Revdex.com: A few weeks back when I try to cancel the order I was told that the shed was there, they just had a backlog on installation [redacted] then told me it was taking a long time becuase it was last years model, and it would arrive this weekendI ORDERED IT LAST YEAR, and the other manager (i think his name is ***) told me it was already there At that point I decided I was no longer dealing with this company I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they called twice once in oct to tell me my shed wld be delivered in two weeks - no shed I then called them they told me another two weeks - no shed - I then continued to call and spoke with frank who took off $for the delay and promised me no later then Nov [redacted] - it is now January No shed - there was no problem w the weather in the months of Nov and Dec not to mention I ordered this shed in July - today they called to say they now hve my shed - they only called now bc I hve contacted consumer affairs and Revdex.com - I do not want a shed now I want my money back back I do not trust this company or their employers - they constantly lie - they told consumer affairs they wld be refunding my money which im sure is a lie In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We have come to a resolution with [redacted] ***, and are delivering his shed on Friday the ***

We have sent serviceman to the home on several occasions We ordered replacement parts and they came in incorrect and we reordered them The set is fully operational, though we understand the customers concern about the cracked piece of wood, and will repair it as soon as possible

*** *** received her play set and is exceptionally happy We were willing to refund her purchase, but she opted for the delivery instead and is very happy that she did We are happy we were able to satisfy her and her family

We contacted the customer and have offered a discount However it was our understanding from prior conversations that the customer cancelled his order and was disputing his charge with his bankA follow up call resulted in the same conclusion Despite offering a considerable discount for our tardiness in delivering, the customer elected to cancelThere is nothing further that we can do

We are sorry for the delay *** ***'s refund will be processed this week

*** ***s wood roof will be installed tomorrow 6/**/ We have taken care of all other concerns That item was a custom order and did take a long timeWe're sorry for that If *** *** contacts us we will adjust his invoice
