In response to our complaint they company indicated to you that they could not locate our file and asked for the following:. 1.     Customer ID: Could not locate but the info below should2.     Name: [redacted]3.     Address: [redacted]4.     Phone number: [redacted]5.     Email Address: [redacted] ·         Cancellation Notification #[redacted]·         Your Refunded Order Notification #[redacted]·         Refunded Order Notification #[redacted]·         Cancellation Notification #[redacted] COMPLAINT RECAP:  Once again [redacted] (and others per the internet) did not understand the terms.  She thought she was getting a free trial.  When we opened the credit card bill there were three charges – totaling more than $300. We immediately starting call both the credit card company and the company in question.  Through several calls where she was subject to nothing resembling customer service or understanding, they agreed to a partial refund (see above) including on items that were shipped that we have not seen. We offered to return all, but they did not want them back.

Upon placing the order, she was required to contact our company for cancellation within the time span of 14 days. [redacted] contacted our company on August 28th, 2017 when one of our customer support representatives explained the program and cancelled her subscription for the products Vlamorous and AquaVo.In regards to the refund request, [redacted] agreed to the 70% refund offer, therefore; her refund was processed in the amounts of $68.48 and $66.27. Her further refund has been processed in the amounts of $28.41 and $29.35 on August 30th, 2017.
