We were quoted at 6-8 hours for completion that ultimately resulted in 17 hours of work and the services we paid for have still not been completed. I have reached out to the owner and have in writing that the job would be finished within a couple of days. We are now 2 weeks since payment was made and services we paid for are still not finished.
