Wood Mode

I did a renovation 16 years ago with Wood Mode kitchen cabinets and it came out perfect. Loved it. In July 2023 we had a fired broke out in the kitchen.So I decided to replace the same cabinets with WM again with same layout. We did not get the same qualities as before. We paid 98 thousands dollars for the replacement of the cabinets. It came with the cabinets stained uneven colors, for at least 10 cabinets doors. Contact WM online, no reply. Contacted Michael Walsh, where I went to choose the colors. He said I need to talk to my general contractor. Whom I fired, I sent Mr. Walsh the damages doors he said that is how they stained those doors. And the GC put my Lazy Susan door in correctly and he said that was installed correctly. I asked if he can come out to the house and take a look. He refused to do it. Finally, he said he will replace the 4 Lazy Susan doors but send the doors to my GC. I told him to send it to my house and I will get new CG to replace. He refused. No one should go through what I went through, and paid 98 thousads for the cabinets.
