Please see attachmentThis letter is to advise you that represent Wood-Mode incorporatedI am responding to your letter in the captioned matter dated May 13, received by my client Friday, May 15, Contrary to the facts set forth in the Complaint, Wood-Mode never sold any cabinets to the Complainant, nor was it ever contractually obligated to deliver any cabinets to the ComplainantWood-Mode is a manufacturer, and does not sell its products directly to the end userWood Mode sells its products to designated dealers, who are authorized by Wood-Mode to sell its products, but are independent companies from Wood-ModeThese independent dealers sell Wood-Mode products as well as other products to the end userEach of the independent dealers negotiates all terms and conditions for the sale of Wood-Mode products directly with that dealer's customer, including the price, terms of payment and delivery arrangementsUpon receipt of the Complaint that you forwarded to Wood-Mode, Wood-Mode investigated the matter and determined that the Complainant did purchase a Wood-Mode product from one of its independent dealers (the “Dealer"), at such prices, payment terms and delivery terms agreed upon between the Complainant and the Dealer (the "Dealer-Complainant Sale")Wood-Mode, upon receipt of the initial order from the Dealer, sold the Wood-Mode product to the Dealer at a purchase price, payment terms and delivery arrangements as agreed upon between Wood Mode and the Dealer (the "Wood-Mode-Dealer Sale")There were subsequently severaladditional orders made by the Dealer to Wood-Mode in conjunction with the initial Wood-Mode Dealer Sale, which once again were made on the terms and delivery arrangements as agreed upon between Wood-Mode and the DealerFurthermore, it should be noted that the initial order and all of the subsequent orders were timely delivered to the DealerThe final subsequent order received from the Dealer on April 14, was shipped by Wood-Mode to the Dealer on April 27, 2015, and this final shipment completed the Wood-Mode-Dealer SaleFulfillment of the Dealer-Complainant Sale, including full delivery thereof, is solely between the Independent Dealer and the Complainant, and Wood-Mode would not have any knowledge of its statusFinally, it should be noted that (i) the individual set forth in the Complaint as the salesperson who sold the Wood-Mode product to the Complainant is not an employee of Wood-Mode, and (ii) no personnel employed by Wood-Mode talked to the Complainant on April 28, or on April 15, as otherwise noted in the ComplaintWood-Mode would have no knowledge whether the Complainant talked to an employee of the Dealer on the stated datesIn summary, Wood-Mode, in accordance with its contractual obligation with the Dealer under the Wood-Mode-Dealer Sale, has timely delivered the cabinets in question to the DealerWood Mode has no financial interest in or authority to control the Dealer in regard to the transaction involving the Dealer, the Complainant and the cabinets in the Dealer-Complainant SaleAll of these obligations are between the Complainant and the DealerWood-Mode would have no knowledge of the terms of the Dealer-Complainant Sale, when delivery to the Complainant was to occur, whether or not some or any of the deliveries were actually made and, other than noted in the subject Complaint, whether there is any dispute between the Dealer and the ComplainantAll of those facts would be known by the Dealer, and it is suggested that it be contacted in this matter,If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.Very truly yours, COZEN O'C***

Robert G [redacted] and Wood-Mode knowingly keep distributors that have repeatedly defrauded customers The company is complicit in allowing orders that have been paid in full to remain unfilled Wood-Mode values sales volume over quality and integrity Our $42,order of birds eye maple kitchen cabinets remains incomplete and mismatched through a Wood Mode distributor that has a long history of delivery issues and complaints Wood-Mode has the ability to resolve the matter, but refuses to address the issue for fear of losing sales though the dishonest distributor

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I agree that our dealer ordered the products for us However, the dealer did not provide and ship the incorrect product separate timesSomeone should be held accountable for an month delay I also agree that Wood-Mode delivered each order, at times expedited, because they kept getting the order wrong If Wood-Mode can prove that the items were originally ordered incorrectly by the dealer, then I agree that this is an issue for the dealer to contend with In an attempt to contact Wood-Mode directly, the only contact person I could find was the employee previously mentioned, whose email is listed on their current website They should update the siteAlso, providing an actual phone number on their site would be useful for consumers I also see no reason for stating the I am not their customer I am the end consumer of Wood-Mode products and they received my payment for their product Regards, [redacted]
