I went to Wood Motors to buy a vehicle for my yosonWe chose a vehicle and my son test drove itHe loved itI purchased the vehicle from them, however we did not notice that the engine light was onWe addressed this with them the next day when it was noticed and basically they said it was our problemThe car was never able to pass MartaThey 'attempted" to fix the problem (sensors), which I paid for and for my tags, as I was assured that the problem would be fixedThey had the car for daysWhen we picked it up, there were animal tracks all over and within the vehicle and mud and grass all over the matsThe engine light was off for about milesWhen it came on, the car sputtered and jerked, the problem was worse than beforeWe called the mechanic, whosaid he'd be gone for weeks then bring it back then wnd to an associate who said this wa normal, drive it ti reset the computer and all would be fineNevertheless, we held out hope...for my son's sakeThe car's battery went bad and had to by a new one and final straw it totally broke downWe no longer trusted Woods to examine the car and had our own mechanic look at it We were told that it was the transmissiomNumerous attempts to handle the problem diplomatically with Woods then ended when the owners wife, as she identified herself to be, became belligerent when I mention possible lawyer involvementI sought legal advice and am filing a suite against them to recover my losses from this irreputable business for a car that should have never been for sale because it could not pass Marta in the first pkace (Implied Warrany Law)
I suggest that if you want and need to do business with a "Tote the Note" dealership, check they're business rating first because Wood Motor's grade is an "F"

My boyfriend and I went here to get us a vehicle. Well the check engine light stayed on and they would not fix it. The bolts were missing in the seats causing the seats to randomly fall backwards into the back seat. The motor starting acting up and finally started trying to seize up. They did nothing to help us nor would they put us into something else with the money they had put into the down payment and taxes and such towards something else. And the kicker to all this is , ALL THIS HAPPENED BEFORE OUR FIRST DRIVE OUT TEMP TAG EXPIRED AND BEFORE WE MADE OUR FIRST ACTUAL PAYMENT. It leaks water into the drivers side floorboard every time it rains and they would not fix that either. I would not recommend them to a fly. They will lie , cheat you , steal your money and pretty much just scam and screw you all the way around. We were not informed that there was a warranty available to us and the vehicle is still on their web site page as being for sale.
