Hello,I apologize for not being able to get your lemon/lime combo tree to you earlier. We had to secure more inventory for this item and we had to truck these citrus fruit trees up from the citrus farm in Florida and this took more time than originally anticipated. We shipped your citrus fruit tree... out yesterday via UPS Ground and it is scheduled for delivery today, Tuesday June 6th. The tracking number is [redacted] . Please accept our apologies for not being able to provide this fruit tree to you earlier than this. Unfortunately, we were only able to get a limited stock of these trees this time, but we were able to get the replacement fruit tree out for order number [redacted] . Thank you for your understanding and patience in receiving this replacement order and I hope you have great success with the lime/lemon combo fruit tree. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I actually receive my replacement. I don't want to end up in the same situation again next year at this time where I have to bring in a third party to help resolve an open issue from 2016. Technically this issue isn't resolved, but I will wait if I have to until next year to consider it closed.
