Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]i requested that the dentist begin working on my teeth because I am in pain and don't want to lose my teethi said I would pay twenty dollars per visit or according to the slideing scale my ss income letter said I had madewhile they are dealing with the irsinstead they told me they would retrothe daybut my teeth decay will not.I continue to be in pain and will lose my front teethand wont be able to nourish myselfrisking my health declinei told them I was being honest but I didn't trust there word because they had not been good for itregarding the slideing scale and the work needing to be done on a timely basiswhat I wanted was a guarentee that if I did go to keep the appointments I would be billed according to the slideing scale and my income which I have been honest about but instead they sent me a website to try to get information from the irsi had offered to go to the irs myself and get a letter in from new london ct office but they told me noi feel like they are adverstiseing .and if I do lose my front teeth I will become very depressed as it impacts my self esteem.and also my health.mental and physical.also I dont appreciate getting the run around and told to go to websitesi have a sick family member and I am under alot of stressand it doesn't seems like it should be that difficulti think that they may be stalling ***ing I give up.Regards, [redacted]

Per our conversation this morning, Wood River Health Services has been in contact with *** *** regarding her sliding scale application. As an FQHC part of the process involves verification of the patient's filing status with the IRS. To date we have not received
that information back from the IRS. The Manager of Care Coordination has spoken with *** and sent out a letter, at ***'s request, stating that if approved the sliding scale discount will retro back to cover services that she received prior to getting approval.
