A simple phone call to us would have been kind and productiveBecause of MrWood's inaction, the critical repairs needed at my Mother's home will be delayed and may effect her receipt of the grant monies in a timely fashionWe are having to start the estimation process all over again
Two months ago, MrWood's parting statement to me was, "Unlike other contractors in Sussex County, you WILL hear back from me in a timely fashion!"
If NEVER is a timely fashion, I would be frightened to know what a long while would be
