To whom it may concern,This project went sideways in ways I have never seen I have never been involved in a project with no contractor(s), this has made the time-line and communication a bit irregular In the years I have been in business I have never left a project without a handshake or goodwill I have addressed your concerns below, please refer to my contract which identifies my duties that were performed for the said design fee Any scope of work outside of those duties which includes sub-contractor work, cabinet installation is not under my job description - the contract is for an approximated days of work to provide designs and materials to your project for installation by others Cabinet inquiries I am responsible for an am always available to help right. In cabinet order [redacted] the pullouts were not listed in the accessories - I can I can however order after market pullouts for the client. The only budget item I know that went over is the countertop and I provided the original quote with an entry level stone, we unfortunately had a verbal conversation regarding the increase in price due to the final material selection - It was unprofessional to not have a paper trail on this.On the cabinet list was a BEP (base end panel) this is to be installed on one side of the dishwasher, items like these may seem erroneous but were pieces ordered as per the final design double orders of scribe/filler etcare made as installation mis-haps occur and it is better to have extra on hand than wait weeks for moreI vouch for my installers and fabricators but am not responsible for their work (I believe we deducted a fair amount due to said damage) - see design fee - if there were no support brackets in the sink base I needed to know as this is how the cabinet should have come...I am very flexible with my time and was at delivery, came over after install to review issues with client, came over after countertop install etc, I also do not make it a habit of meeting after hours - and weekends are special circumstances only.any of the items above that the client would like to discuss I encourage you to contact me so I can get those situations fixed - Going through a designer can seem spendy but on materials such as cabinets I end up saving my clients roughly 40%....this is where I hope they feel they have made up for design services.Thank you for your time,Erica W [redacted]
